Please be advised that our email service terms have changed. Any email box that is inactive for 6 consecutive months will be deleted. An email is inactive if it has not been checked in 6 months and does not have an email forward associated with it. Yadtel now requires all email users to access their email by logging in at least once every 6 months. Once deleted, the email address associated will be available for assignment to other subscribers. If an email box is deleted for inactivity, you may contact Customer Service @ 336-463-5022 to have the email box reinstated if the address is still available. You must call within 14 days of deletion to request reinstatement of your emails. Please refer to Yadtel’s Email Service Terms and Conditions.
Occasionally, an email box will be disabled because of spamming. If you regularly login and are suddenly unable to login to your email box this could be the reason. Please contact our 24-hour Internet Help Desk @ 1-866-291-8261 to troubleshoot any email issue.
