The Yadtel Customer Portal is accessible at the following link: https://portal.yadtel.com/
If this is your first time accessing the new Portal, simply go to the new Portal and register a new account following the instructions there.
If you have technical issues with the new Portal, your web browser may need updating. You should use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you use Internet Explorer, make sure you use version 11 (or higher), turn off Compatibility Mode, and make sure your Internet Option settings for TLS 1.1 and 1.2 are checked. If you use Outlook for your email service you must go to the Option tab located under the gear wheel, then navigate to Safe senders under Mail and add email@example.com. If you don't see the email from firstname.lastname@example.org in your regular inbox please check your junk mail as well.
