Fiber Optic Technician/Splicer

The cable technician establishes communications systems by installing, maintaining and repairing telecommunication facilities used by Yadtel to deliver voice, video and data services. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: splicing fiber optic and copper cable in both outdoor and indoor settings, read, create and maintain splicing schematics and diagrams, maintain control of outside plant (OSP) activities surrounding the assigned work sites, taking and maintaining accurate splicing and field notes and supporting project timelines.

The products portfolio includes fiber internet to the home, home security, and wireless cell phones. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales and prospecting strategies – both in the field and over the phone, and meeting and exceeding a sales quota. You should be an adaptable, coachable, and a successful sales professional. You have a history of working with integrity, you take initiative for your day, with strong communications skills.


Business Sales Account Executive

The Business Sales Account Executive (AE) will drive new business prospecting activity and utilize a consultative selling approach to recommend and maximize value-added services to meet the customer’s needs. Additionally, the Business Sales AE will cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify further revenue and retention opportunities.


Telecommunications Engineer, Networking

The Telecom Engineer plans, designs, and implements all facets of a Layer 2, Layer 3 network architecture.


IT Service Desk Intern - Work Based Learning

This role requires a candidate to be a current college student in an IT or Business-related major that would like to gain IT experience while working within our IT Service Desk team. Interns will be mentored and trained to perform triage and incident management ticket handling responsibilities within our Service Desk team. This position is part-time, intern will work 2nd shift (4:00PM - 1:00AM) or 3rd shift (12:00AM - 9:00AM) after training is complete.


Installation & Repair Technician - 4 Weekdays & Saturday Shift

Provides telecommunications and customer network products and services to residential and business customers by installing, testing, and maintaining facilities and equipment. This I&R Tech will be scheduled to work 8-5, 4 weekdays and Saturday, they will choose a designated weekday off. 


Installation & Repair Technician - (Monday - Friday 11-8)

Provides telecommunications and customer network products and services to residential and business customers by installing, testing, and maintaining facilities and equipment. This I&R Tech will work Monday-Friday 11-8.


Misc, Helper (Mainline Construction, Drop Crew, and Outside Plant)

Regularly performs duties to support all facets of outside plant and mainline constructions.  Comprehensive, onsite preparation and installation of outside plant materials such as fiber network, buried cable, splicing vaults, pedestals, repairs, and other associated items.


Customer Care Specialist

Responsible for providing excellent customer care by answering calls, responding to chat and email. Efficiently addressing customer concerns and maintaining a high customer retention rate. Customer care specialists are experts on our product or services and effectively answer billing questions. Customer care specialists must have a high level of patience and always maintain professionalism. They must also have excellent conflict management skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.


Drop Crew Lead

Results-driven role that oversees the operational aspects of outside plant activities and processes involved with the successful installation of underground fiber construction. This includes preparation, planning, equipment, and installation of a variety of outside plant materials associated with constructing the physical fiber network.


Connected Technologies, Technician -Alarm

Provides alarm services to residential and small business customers by installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing burglar and fire alarms in residential and commercial buildings.


Connected Technologies, Technician - Smart Home

Installs and maintains Connected Technologies products and services for residential and small business customers. Disciplines include Audio/Video and Home Theater, Burglar and Fire Alarms, Home Automation, Networking/WiFi, and various residential and commercial electronic subsystems.
