The Advertising Copywriter/Social Media Manager will provide oversight of all top-level social media platforms for Zirrus and impactful, engaging and informative content for Zirrus’ website, printed publications. This person will also plan and implement strategies for social media best practices; stay informed on ever-evolving social and digital trends; and help Zirrus become a leader in the technology/telecommunications social media landscape. This individual will work closely with a talented team of marketing professionals to set and achieve social media and content goals and help reinforce the voice, tone and other characteristics of Zirrus’ recently launched rebrand.

The cable technician establishes communications systems by installing, maintaining and repairing telecommunication facilities used by Zirrus to deliver voice, video and data services. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: splicing fiber optic and copper cable in both outdoor and indoor settings, read, create and maintain splicing schematics and diagrams, maintain control of outside plant (OSP) activities surrounding the assigned work sites, taking and maintaining accurate splicing and field notes and supporting project timelines.
Provides telecommunications and customer network products and services to residential and business customers by installing, testing, and maintaining facilities and equipment.
This role requires a candidate to be a current college student in an IT or Business-related major that would like to gain IT experience while working within our IT Service Desk team. Interns will be mentored and trained to perform triage and incident management ticket handling responsibilities within our Service Desk team. Ticket handling includes triaging and troubleshooting issues while working with the senior IT team to resolve incidents within established SLA’s, while demonstrating a high level of customer service with end users and clients.
