Installs and maintains Connected Technologies products and services for residential and small business customers. Disciplines include Audio/Video and Home Theater, Burglar and Fire Alarms, Home Automation, Networking/WiFi, and various residential and commercial electronic subsystems.

IT Service Desk Intern - Seeking Active Student

This role requires a candidate to be a current college student in an IT or Business-related major that would like to gain IT experience while working within our IT Service Desk team. Interns will be mentored and trained to perform triage and incident management ticket handling responsibilities within our Service Desk team. This position is part-time, intern will work 2nd shift (4:00PM - 1:00AM) or 3rd shift (12:00AM - 9:00AM) after training is complete.

Service Desk Analyst II

The Service Desk Analyst II is a technical leader on the IT Service Desk team and reports to the IT Service Desk Manager. This position will be the subject matter expert (SME) for ticket handling responsibilities that includes triaging and troubleshooting issues. In this role, you will support the IT Service Desk Manager in training and ensuring the Service Desk is following our defined IT operational processes and procedures. This includes, but not limited to, proper ticket handling, monitoring ticket queues, ensuring ticket SLA’s are being met, proper shift handoffs and escalations are being followed while working tickets to a resolution or providing proper escalations to our Advanced Support team as needed.


Social Media & Communications Manager

 The Social Media/Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for organizational and creative tasks to standardize and improve communication efforts.  Provide oversight to all top-level social media platforms for Zirrus, as well as company website and printed publications, to ensure Zirrus is a leader within the social media landscape.
