If you are interested in telephone service with Yadtel Telephone, the process begins with completing and signing a Membership Form at the main office, or by phone or mail.
Custom calling features can put your phone to work for you. By simply dialing codes, you can redial busy numbers, redial your last number, identify your caller before you answer, and even block certain calls from your phone.

What is Inside Wire Maintenance?
We take pride in providing you with the best service possible, and that includes the telephone cabling and related equipment that connects your service to our Central Office. Yadtel maintains all parts of the system located outside your home or business. If there is ever a problem, we will repair it at no charge. You are responsible for that part of the line inside your home or business leading from the Network Interface Device (NID). This includes telephone sets, line cords, jacks and other equipment that may be connected to it. If the problem lies here, you may incur a service charge for any repairs we would have to make. What are the differences in the plans?
Inside Wire Maintenance One Service $4.20
Includes ongoing maintenance and repair of your existing telephone wiring.
Inside Wire Maintenance Two Services $6.30
Includes ongoing maintenance and repair of your existing telephone and Internet wiring or your existing telephone and video wiring.
Inside Wire Maintenance Three Services $8.40
Includes ongoing maintenance and repair of your existing telephone, Internet and video wiring.
What do the IWM plans cover?
Inside Wire Maintenance plans cover the ongoing maintenance and repair of your existing residential wiring used to deliver Yadtel services to you. It may cover a variety of wiring types and scenarios, depending on the plan you select. As home wiring becomes more complicated, you have the security of knowing that Yadtel will maintain your wiring to avoid interruption in services.
What is NOT covered?
- Customer owned equipment such as TV's, home theatre systems, and networking equipment is not covered.
- Initial installation charge for wiring is not covered.
- Wiring used to deliver services from other telecommunication or entertainment providers is not covered.
